What should I wear?
We recommend warm, flexible layers including pants, a jacket, gloves, and thick socks to stay comfortable and enjoy your time on the ice.
What size rental skates do you have?
Our Rental Skates range from a Kids 9 up to an Adults 14.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes, we offer group discounts for events, and large bookings. Please see our Parties and Groups page or contact us for more information on group rates.
What's the age limit for ice skating?
There’s no specific age limit for skating. We welcome skaters of all ages, and our programs cater to different skill levels.
What if I can't skate?
We have frames for beginners to hold onto until they are confident enough to try skating on their own.
Can I bring a wheelchair or a stroller onto the ice?
This is perfectly OK as long as there is constantly a responsible person in control of the stroller or wheelchair.
Do you have lockers?
Lockers are available for securing your belongings – at a cost of $3 for 2 hours and $1 for each hour after that to a max of $6 for the day.
Can I bring food in?
Unfortunately we do not allow external food to be brought into the ice rink, but we have a cafe inside with a menu to cater for all needs.
Is there a cafeteria or food available on-site?
Yes, we have a cafeteria offering a variety of snacks and beverages. You can refuel and relax after your skating session.
Do you host birthday parties or events?
Absolutely! We specialize in hosting memorable birthday parties and events on ice. Contact us for package details and bookings.
Is there parking available?
Yes, we have parking available on-site for your convenience.
Are there any safety regulations I should know about?
We strive to make the ice surface as safe as possible, however all skaters participate in all on ice activities at their own risk. Please listen to all instructions from our skate patrol team, and follow our guidelines for a safe and enjoyable experience on the ice.
